Moses chose twelve men to explore a land that would belong to God’s people, but the land was already inhabited by other peoples. When they arrived, the twelve men saw that the people there were much bigger than even the bravest soldiers of Israel. Many of them became afraid. But they did not need to be afraid. God was on their side.
